Bae-Breeze Inc. is a mobile bartending service that does not provide or sell alcohol. All alcoholic beverages served at your event must be supplied by the client. By hiring our services, you confirm that you are in compliance with all applicable local and state laws regarding the provision and consumption of alcohol.

We are not responsible for the actions, behavior, or consumption choices of event guests. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all guests consuming alcohol at their event are of legal drinking age (21+) and that any cannabis-infused products served comply with local regulations and venue policies.

Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: January 01, 2025

By booking services or accessing our website, you agree to the following terms:

• A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is due at booking to secure your event date and time.

• The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the event. If not paid in full 7 days before, your booking will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

• Bae-Breeze Inc. does not provide or sell alcohol. All alcohol must be supplied by the client in compliance with local and state laws.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring all guests consuming alcohol are 21 years of age or older and for complying with all applicable regulations.

• Bae-Breeze Inc. is not liable for the actions or behavior of event guests.

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
